Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Products
All iLily products are made-to-order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or customer remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).
- Please double-check sizing charts, product details, and colors before placing your order.
Eligible for Free Replacement or Refund
We are happy to provide a free replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged,
- Has a printing flaw, or
- Is incorrectly printed (not matching your order details).
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged area, misprint).
- Email your claim to support@ililyink.com with:
  - Order number
  - Description of the issue
  - Photos of the product showing the defect
We will review your request and process your replacement or refund promptly.
What We Do Not Cover
- Customer mistakes: Wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for refund or replacement.
