  • Return & Exchange Policy

    Made-to-Order Products

    All iLily products are made-to-order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or customer remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).

    • Please double-check sizing charts, product details, and colors before placing your order.

    Eligible for Free Replacement or Refund

    We are happy to provide a free replacement or refund if your item:

    • Arrives damaged,

    • Has a printing flaw, or

    • Is incorrectly printed (not matching your order details).

    How to Request a Replacement or Refund

    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Provide photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged area, misprint).

    • Email your claim to support@ililyink.com with:

      • Order number

      • Description of the issue

      • Photos of the product showing the defect

    We will review your request and process your replacement or refund promptly.

    What We Do Not Cover

    • Customer mistakes: Wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for refund or replacement.
